Naked skincare range started off with a simple concept - to focus on using ingredients that are safe and chemical free but still be affordable for everyday use. You and me both know that natural/organic products are generally quite pricey, so when Naked introduced their beauty line, I was very intrigued to find out how it would work for me. Naked uses the best natural ingredients to ensure that their products produce results with specific actions and benefits. Their packaging is also environmentally friendly so that alone gets a bit thumbs up from me.
I was very kindly sent two products from the sensitive skin range, the Perfect Getaway Cream Cleanser and the Thirst Aid 12 Hour Moisturiser. The cream cleanser is not normally something I would use as I tend to go for gel or mousse type face washes. The product needs to be applied on to a cotton pad/ball and then using slow sweeping movements, I managed to remove a full face of make up succesfully without having to double cleanse. With soothing and hydrating ingredients such as Aloe Vera and Cocoa butter, my skin was also left feeling soft and plump. The moisturiser was encased in a lovely round pot and as soon as I saw Neroli oil as one of the ingredients I knew I was going to love this and I wasn't disappointed. I simply adore this cream, it's so hydrating and smells divine. I work in an air conditioned office, so my skin gets really dry from time to time and this has helped it a lot. Overall, these products have helped hydrate my skin and ensure it has the moisture it needs and because it's made mainly of natural ingredients, you know you're putting the good stuff on your face.
