Since receiving the May birthday edition Glossy Box more than two weeks ago, I have managed to try out all the products and here I am now with my review on all five items.
First up is the: Berber Hair Treatment Oil
You can either use this hair oil on damp or dry hair. I tested mine on damp hair each time, then blow dried it. My hair looks a lot more shinier and feels softer to touch after drying and smells good enough to eat.
Second product: Noble Isle Bath and Shower Gel
My favourite product from the box. Created a lovely lather with a loofah and smells absolutely gorgeous. My skin felt softer after one use.
I preferred the orignal one (purple sample) more than the Si Lolita (pink sample) as it had more sweet scents. The Si Lolita was a bit too strong and old lady-like smelling for me.
Fourth product: Apivita Express Beauty Masks (Orange)
I hate oranges! So when I got this, I wasn’t overly impressed, but I knew I had to bite the bullet and try it for this review. When I applied it to my skin, I instantly hated the smell, it smelt a bit like fairy liquid to me. The little granules in the mask (see second picture) dissolves as you spread it across your face, it also stung a little at the beginning, but it was probably because I have sensitive skin. I left it on for the advised ten minutes, then rinsed it off and to my amazement, my skin looked smoother and brighter.
Last product: Eldora False Lashes
I applied the glue provided to the lash and used my eyelash clip (the best thing ever invented for frequent false lash users) to apply it on to my own lash line, held it for about fifteen seconds, using my fingers, I pressed it in to place and voila! Overall, a lovely pair of natural looking lashes.
