Collection Primed & Ready Smoothing Make Up Primer

Review – I’ve tried a fair few make up primers before and this one, unfortunately doesn’t make my “loves” list. Firstly, the consistency was weird and it smelt a bit funny. Secondly, after a few squeezes of the tube, it happened to feel empty already (I didn’t even use that much, honestly). Lastly, I have dry parts on my skin and this seems to dry it out even more. However, it worked okay and my make up lasted pretty much all day, shame the other factors let it down.

So? Fragrance For Me Body Spray

Review – I’m not a massive body spray user, so I wasn’t too excited when I saw this in the box. Having said that, I do like the scent of it, really sweet and reminded me of my secondary school days when I use to drown myself in the stuff (funny times). It was a full size bottle too, which gets a plus point from me. Overall, an okay product, but I won’t be in a hurry to purchase it again.

Redken Smooth Lock Shampoo and Conditioner

Review – My favourite product from this month’s box was definitely this haircare duo. It made my hair smell amazing and the conditioner left my hair extremely smooth and shiny. It would of been better if it wasn’t in a sachet form as I could of done with a bit more product, but I will definitely be buying the full size of both of these.

Yardley London Royal English Daisy Body Fragrance

Review – This had a really strong floral scent when applied, but wore off pretty quickly. It is not normally something I would notice in a drugstore as the packaging doesn’t look very appealing. It’ll probably be something more suitable for older ladies, mainly in terms of the smell. I personally wouldn’t buy this myself.

Weleda Wild Rose Smoothing Night Cream

Review – I didn’t like this cream at all. It was way too greasy for my skin and the smell was too overpowering. I did like the fact that it was in a tube rather than a sachet, which means you can more use out of it. Unfortunately, I will be giving this away and will not purchase the full size.

Make Believe Enhance Luminize Skin Highlighter

Review – This highlighter was so so, it was too shimmery for my liking to be honest with you. Also, it looks golden in the pot, but when applied, it came out more of silver shade. Plus point for being a full size again, but sadly, not right for me.

Murrays Manicure Matchbook Nail Files

Review – These are cute and useful, does the job and is handy for your handbag etc. But, I would rather not receive beauty tools and get more actual products to try.

Overall, a less than average box this month. Hopefully, I’ll get a better one next month.

What do you think of November’s box? Have you tried any of the above products before?

I got Weleda face oil or sth from Glossybox long time ago and I remember that it didn't smell nice. Redken is amazing, from what I heard and I once won the products, but they were for the coloured and over 45s so gave them to my mother-in-law. HAHA X

@Joanna – Haha! At least you made your mum in law happy. Yeah, I won't be in a rush to buy Weleda products. xx
@HeartsAndCrosses – It does at first glance, but I hardly like any of them. xx
