Cover FX Pressed Mineral Foundation Review

Cover FX Pressed Mineral Foundation in N40 £31.00 (*)

Being a long term fan of mineral make up, I was more than excited when this little compact came through the post a few weeks back. Cover FX went through a complete makeover last year. New logo, new packaging and new formulations to ensure that they’re right at the forefront of the beauty industry. They continue to offer a global shade palette with good-for-you ingredients, so there’s definitely something for everyone.

Pressed Mineral Foundation is a pressed powder with buildable coverage. It is aimed for oily/combination skins, helping to absorb excess oils and provide a smooth, matte finish. Having read the description of the product, I knew this was going to be right up my street and I wasn’t wrong at all. It gives an extremely natural looking finish to my skin, covering all my blemishes with just a few sweeps of the applicator sponge. It banishes oil instantly and lasts well throughout the day without looking too heavy. The main thing for me was, it actually let my skin breathe while still looking flawless. Being a full coverage foundation user, this was a nice break from that and it would be great for those days when you need to look good, but with minimal effort.

What do you think of Cover FX‘s makeover? Have you tried any products from their range before?
