KMS California Tame Frizz Range Review

Okay, so let me start off with a little bit of information about my hair. I don’t do a lot to it, my hair is always the same style and same length (even though I have been trying to grow it for god knows how long). It’s pretty damaged as I colour and straighten it a lot and I tend to get lots of frizziness on my crown and on my ends. To be honest, I don’t like my hair and most of the times, I don’t actually know what to do with it. Sorry for waffling on, but it’s all for a good reasons because I have found a range of products that has helped ‘tame my frizz’. So, moving swiftly on, let me introduce you to it.

Tame Frizz is KMS California‘s latest addition to their ever expanding hair care range. It aims to instantly reduce frizz by up to 100% when used together as a system and controls humidity for up to three days leaving your hair stronger and smoother for styling.

Tame Frizz Shampoo £12.70 (*) and Tame Frizz Conditioner £13.50 (*)

I’m just going to start off by saying that this is one of the best smelling shampoo and conditioner that I have ever used. The scent is absolutely divine, very vanilla like which is good enough to eat! Using the easy grip bottle to dispense a small amount of product on to my palms, it doesn’t take long to get a good lather with the shampoo. Paired with the conditioner, I can instantly feel how much more smoother my hair is when rinsing out. Once towel dried, I ran a large toothed comb through and you should of seen my reaction, it was literally gasps of joy. The feeling of freely getting the comb through my hair from root to tip with no obstacles has always been a bit difficult, so to be able to do this means this duo shoots straight to the top of my hair care list.

Tame Frizz De-Frizz Oil £14.50 (*)

Easily one of my favourite hair oils this year, De Frizz is a light weight, fast absorbing product that can be used on wet or dry hair. It really does work a treat and I find it works best for me, on dry hair. I take a couple of pumps and lightly run it through to banish any flyaways and smooth my split ends. It doesn’t leave my hair looking greasy at all, in fact, it creates a lovely sheen and makes it look extremely moisturised and healthy.

Overall, I really enjoyed using this range and will definitely purchase more when my current stock runs out. You can find KMS California‘s products on Look Fantastic, Feel Unique and Beauty Bay.
