Bumble & Bumble Thickening Full Form Mousse and Creme Contour Review

I’m all in for trying new products for my hair, especially when it comes to volumising and thickening. My hair has always been quite fine and limp, so it really could do with some help in terms of using the right stuff to achieve a big, beautiful mane. I recently reviewed the Trevor Sorbie Volume range and absolutely loved it. I know Bumble & Bumble are renowned for it’s amazing line of products, so when I heard they had launched a new thickening range, I was there like a bolt of lightening.

Bumble & Bumble Thickening Full Form Mousse £21.50 (*) – A creme mousse that aims to inflate your hair as you add heat to lift and sculpt. Mousse has always been a firm favourite of mine when it comes to trying to achieve more voluminous hair. This one in particular has a cushion effect which holds your hair in place and keeps in lifted for a very long time. Having applied this to both wet and dry hair, I would say it definitely works better on wet as the heat from your hair dryer really makes a difference to help my roots look fuller.

Bumble & Bumble Creme Contour £21.50 (*) – A shaping creme, thick and dense in texture which aims to create definition and hold the bounce in place. Best used melted in the palms of your hands and distributed evenly in to your roots, scrunching at the same time. This creme works extremely well with the mousse to shape and hold the volume in your hair while leaving lasting shine behind. Definitely works better on dry hair especially after a big, bouncy blow dry.

Have you tried anything from the Bumble & Bumble Thickening range?

I used to used Bumble & Bumble in a salon I worked in many years ago and it's great to see it has become really popular again.
The mousse is great as it's not too sticky on the hair and I also find a little bit goes a long way 🙂

I have a blog sale if you'd like to take a look. http://ohhsoglam.blogspot.com
