Mixology haircare? How interesting, read on for more…..

Concoction haircare is powered by a team of mixologists who are constantly concocting new creations to capture this gap in the market. The main attraction of these haircare products is, you’re completely in control of what you put together for your hair. By creating the base and something called ‘SuperSerum Shots’, you personalised the concoction based on what you need and what your hair screams for.

There are four base shampoo’s and eight shots to pick from, each shampoo only requires two shots to complete the creation. For my hair, I chose the ‘Nourish + Protect‘ shampoo because I have extremely dry hair and an atrocious amount of split ends, then my shots were ‘Gimme More Moisture‘ for added hydration and ‘Turn Up The Volume‘ for that extra oomph. There is currently only one conditioner in the range and this is created to suit all hair types.

After using this haircare duo for two weeks, every other day, my hair is notably softer to touch and in a better condition. It is less tangled after washing, my comb literally runs straight through and the scent is refreshing, energising and lingers for ages when my hair is dry. However, I didn’t seem to notice any difference to the volume, but for me, this wasn’t too important as the main focus for my hair is to ensure it’s nourished and moisturised. I can always use other products to create the volumed effect.

Concoction haircare can be purchased from ASOS, BeautyMart, Selfridges and Beauty Bay. Will you be trying this range out?
