Cover FX CC Cream is a tinted treatment moisturiser that aims to treat, correct and protect your skin with anti-ageing properties leaving you with a natural, radiant finish. A complex of ingredients produces results without irritating the skin and continuously treats it for eight hours. It also contains a built-primer and SPF30.
Having tried the Cover FX Pressed Mineral Foundation, I had high hopes for this. But, after a good trial, I must admit, this didn’t tick all the boxes for me. The consistency is quite thick, gel-like and took me ages to blend in with a brush. Once blended though, the finish was smooth and even, but it didn’t last long on my skin type at all. I have combination skin and this pretty much melted after just one hour, especially round the creases of my nose and also on my forehead even though I set it with powder. To remove was also a bit of a nightmare, it took me three cleanses to completely get rid of it. Overall, I can’t tell if it will work better on normal/dry skins, but this won’t be something I would use again.
Have you tried this CC cream before and have different thoughts?

Oh no, this doesn't sound good at all. I think it might be better off on a dryer skintype. I have combination skin too and i find that its hard to find a good tinted moisturiser that lasts on the skin. I quite enjoy using the LM tinted moisturiser, but i don't think it has any correcting ingredients though.
Thank you for the review, I haven't tried any CC creams, but i am a big fan of BB creams though 🙂

It might be and hopefully it may work for others. The No7 CC Cream is really good and I love a good BB Cream too. xx
In theory this sounds really nice, but a make-up that melts away too soon and is almost impossible to remove when you do want to take it off sounds like a nightmare! I need to branch out into cc creams, but if they're like this maybe I should just stick with a traditional foundation!

Foundation is always good. Maybe try the BB Creams first and see how you get on with those. xx
It's a shame this didn't live up to expectations 🙁 but on the other hand the photography is lovely 🙂

Thank you lovely. xx
I haven't heard of this product before but I don't think I will be buying it. I still don't get the whole CC cream thing.
