Kerastase Elixir K Ultime Beautifying Oil Cream Review

Kerastase Elixir K Ultime Beautifying Oil Cream (*)

Kerastase
has always been a brand that I’ve known and loved. I use to swear by the Reflection range and used it religiously for a number of years. When I stopped colouring my hair as much, I started using different products, but was always intrigued by the new releases from the brand. I am a huge fan of Kerastase Elixir K Ultime Oil, so when I heard of the Beautifying Oil Cream, technically a cream version of the oil, I knew it was something I had to try.

The Beautifying Oil Cream is of a moisturising creamy texture, but transfers on to the hair smoothly  making it feel extremely light and airy. I only needed a small amount to cover all my hair from mid-length downwards and it literally sunk in straight away with no greasy feeling at all. I use it mainly as a leave-in treatment,  I apply it to damp hair, leaving it to dry out for a couple of minutes before blow-drying and my hair felt amazingly soft afterwards. The scent of the product is lovely, a fresh, floral hint that lingers for a while. I also love the packaging, a gold tube that makes my dressing table look uber classy. Overall, this is a product not to be missed especially if you’re looking for a multi-purpose product that works and will give you smoother and softer hair in no time.

Shop Rush stocks all the Kerastase ranges, so if you’re looking for something specific to suit your hair, make sure you check out their site. Kerastase products can also be found in all Rush salons, so to find your nearest one, visit the Rush website here.

Kerastase sounds really nice to be honest. I've never really delved into higher end hair care before, I need to change that this year.
