Forever trying to grow my hair, I recently took the plunge and chopped a lot of the length off. I always get told that I should cut it every six weeks for it to grow, I never believed it and couldn’t part with the length that I had waited so long for, but something inside me this time told me to go for it and I did. You can read about my experience at RUSH hair and beauty salon here, the salon was awesome and if you’re looking for a new hairdresser in London, make sure you check them out.
So now that I have got rid of all the dead ends, it’s time to think of what I want to do with it, do I want to keep the length shorter or try to grow it again, trying to prove that point made above? I have decided to go with the latter and have already started to gather my pile of hair growth treatment products. First up is the Hair Growth Leave In Treatment from Lee Stafford. Aimed at increasing micro-circulation to the scalp and creating the best environment for hair to grow, this is a spray on treatment that you don’t have to wash off allowing it to absorb and continuously work on the roots. I have only been using this for just under two weeks and I have already noticed a difference to the texture of my hair. I have more volume at the crown and the overall condition of it has got much better. I’m yet to see the increase in length, but time will tell with that and I possibly need to stop measuring it every day and just allow it to naturally blossom!
