Topshop Lipstick in Petal £8.00

If you don’t already know (after watching this video), nude is my favourite lipstick shade to wear at the moment. Super versatile and perfect for that everyday look, I just can’t get enough of them. Topshop‘s latest release of new shades really caught my eye and one of them, in particular, stood out for me and it was this one, called Petal. My favourite high street brand famed for their awesome clothing items have once again hit the nail on head and secured it’s top spot in Raining Cake‘s lipstick awards. Intensely creamy, with a soft, shiny finish, this has to be one of the best from Topshop by far. Petal is a pretty nude, with just the right amount of opague-ness, the formula is extremely smooth and glides on nicely with no drag. It gives a nice layer of colour with just one stroke and after building, it leaves a good, strong coat that lasted a good five hours on me. Topshop lipsticks are honestly great and so affordable, you won’t leave the shop with just one, trust me!

Normally I love your lipstick choices but this looks a little bit 'dead'. Maybe because of the violet/blue hue it has :/

The formula of these lipsticks are so lovely! I bought this shade though and unfortunately I really can't pull it off, its way too pale on me :(. Such a pretty shade though and looks beautiful on you!
