Essie Nails SS14 – Urban Jungle

Essie Nail Polish in Urban Jungle £7.99

Urban Jungle, described as an ‘alabaster orchid‘ is one of the six summer shades from Essie Nail’s latest collection. It is a off-white, beige colour which is a great alternative to those who are not fond of pure white nails as it has more of an earthy feel to it. The brush was good, soft and wide ensuring a smooth and streak free application. Two coats did a great job as you can see from the picture and lasted a good four days. A couple of the other shades that I would like to pick up from the collection include, Strut Your Stuff which is a bright blue and Haute In The Heat, a juicy raspberry shade.

Have you picked up any of the colours from this collection?

This looks like such a pretty polish, I'm definitely looking for a slightly off-white shade as I love how white nails look but find they can easily look slightly flawed or dirty or streaky, so would love to try this!

I got my nails done last week and I chose a white color, to be honest, it looks kind of weird. Maybe this super light pink could be a better option
