The best part of holiday packing for any beauty blogger is when he/she is packing their beauty products, we need to have every single product for any unforeseen circumstances, am I right? That’s why it takes us so long to pack and the fear of forgetting something, oh the fear, I’m feeling a little faint as I type and we are always, I repeat, ALWAYS overweight when it comes to our luggage. This year, there is no difference, I am going to pack a mahoosive beauty bag for sure, I kind of feel sorry for Dan, but at the end of the day, he may benefit from it, actually he will benefit from it.
So, starting off with skincare, I’m taking the Nivea Sensitive range (*) with me. This stuff is truly amazing and treats my skin like a royalty. The cleanser and night cream especially leaves me with the most cleanest and hydrated skin you could ask for and with it being from the sensitive range, I experience no irritation whatsoever.
On to bodycare, I will be joined by my favourite shower oil from Rituals, this not only smells amazing, but leaves my skin soft and smooth. The newly launched Dove Purely Pampering Body Oil (*) will be coming along with me too. You may think that there a bit too much oil going on here, but trust me, after a day in the sun, your skin will need the nourishment, plus this one is super lightweight and smells incredible.
Lastly, for my hair, I have recently started using the Bumble & Bumble Straight range (*) and absolutely love it, it keeps my hair in top condition and does wonders for my ever-so-slightly wavy hair. I like to keep my hair styling to a minimal on holiday, so for the day, I’ll be using the Mark Hill Sea Salt Spray (*) to give me a tousled beach hair look and for the evening, I’ll be taking my Charles Worthington Texturising Spray with me for extra volume and oomph. For more nourishment, I’ve got a little travel size Macadamia Healing Oil Treatment to ensure my ends don’t dry out too much.
