philip kingsley shampoo

Philip Kingsley Body Building Shampoo and Moisture Balancing Conditioner Duo £27.00 – This shampoo and conditioner duo is hands down, one of my faves this year. The shampoo is super foamy and lathers up nicely leaving my hair squeaky clean with a light scent. Following through with the conditioner, my hair feels soft, yet bouncy and definitely gives me the lift I need. My hair is also less oily since using this, I use to get greasy hair a day after washing and nowadays, I can actually go on for three days without washing.

percy and reed hair fragrance

Percy & Reed Hair Fragrance £22.00 (*) – Named as a hair fragrance to give your mane a wonderful scent after use and also doubles up as shine spray, I was particularly excited about trying this. However, it left me rather disappointed, wonderful scent, yes, it had that, but it didn’t last long  at all and as for shine, I honestly didn’t really see a difference. For the price, I would of expected miracles, but I was left thoroughly displeased.

Barry M Lip Paint in Black Cherry 160 £4.49 – Darker lip shades are slowly starting to appear at the front of my lipstick draw lately and this one from Barry M is a sure winner in my eyes. Easy to apply and super long lasting, I think I may have to invest in a few more shades since they’re less than a fiver for one.

dermalogica primer

Dermalogica Age Smart Skin Perfect Primer SPF30 £38.40 (*) – A definite contender for my favourite primer ever, the Stay Flawless 15 Hour Primer from Benefit, I absolutely love this stuff! Not only does it prep my skin for make up, it also brightens the tone, the neutral tint balances out any unevenness and enhances my natural complexion. My make up last all day without budging, so I’m really impressed, even the price doesn’t put me up repurchasing, it’s honestly, that good!

maybelliene fit me powder

Maybelliene Fit Me Face Powder £5.99 – This is probably one of the worst face powders I have ever tried. Not only is the packaging a bit of pain (sponge and mirror in the bottom compartment), around fifteen minutes after applying, my skin was already super oily and my foundation started to go blotchy. Constant reapplications were needed and even after each layer, it wore off mega quickly,  *shakes head* not happy with this one at all.

Have you tried any of the above products?

Love the lip color! That's a shame about the Maybelline powder, I love the Fit Me liquid foundation, but I've never tried the powder!

Glad you like the shampoo! I've just bought a massive tub and wasn't sure how I would get on with it. My hair gets greasy really quick so hopefully it'll work for me too 🙂
