As my birthday draws near and I start thinking about turning the grand age of thirty, I can’t help but feel old. Anti-ageing skincare is one of those subjects that I often get asked about, from what I use to what I recommend has actually become a fortnightly routine for me. My tip is to experiment and know what is needed for your skin. Because I do get to try out a lot of different skincare through blogging, which I am very grateful for, in today’s post, I am sharing what anti-ageing products I am currently loving.

To start with, let’s have a talk about The Body Shop Drops Of Youth Serum (*). It is a youth enhancing concentrate that targets the first signs of ageing and only joined my clan a month ago, but I am absolutely loving it. The gel formula instantly moisturises and leaves my skin feeling soft, smooth and fresh. After each use, my complexion looks radiant and enhanced and because 99% of the serum’s ingredients are of natural origin, it doesn’t irritate my skin thus being perfect for those prone to sensitivity. Next, the Anne Semonin Resurfacing Peel Mask (*) has been an absolute godsend for my skin. Combining the benefits of a chemical peel, mechanical peel and biological peel in one product, it removes dead skin cells and refines the texture revealing a more radiant complexion. I use this once a week and the results have been phenomenal. Priced at £74.00, it’s not a cheap product, but well worth it if you want brighter looking skin that glows. Lastly, as an extra treat for my skin, sheet masks are what I turn to. The Masque Bar Anti-Wrinkle Sheet Mask (*) has been a firm favourite of mine for a while and I can’t stress how much they have helped my skin throughout the years. This particular mask is collagen-infused and helps to reduce wrinkles as well as hydrate my skin. The key ingredients include Green Tea Extract which prevents collagen breakdown and Vitamin E to protect the skin from environmental pollution.

If, like me, you are keen on trying out different types anti-ageing skincare, then I’d highly recommend trying all these out. The Anne Semonin Resurfacing Mask is not available till January 2015, but both The Body Shop Drops Of Youth Serum and Masque Bar Anti-Wrinkle Sheet Masks are available now.
