Tesco HUDL 2 Tablet

To kick start December, today’s blog post is going to be a little bit different (I like variety, you know). So it’s not the usual talk about beauty products or a latest clothing item, but it’s going to be about my new favourite piece of technology, the Tesco Hudl 2 Tablet (*).

Here’s a quick lowdown on the features of the tablet:

– It comes in eight colours

– £99 in price

– 8.3 Full HD Screen

– 16 GB Internal Storage which you can boost 48 GB with any micro SD card

– Front and Back Camera

– Eight Hours of Battery Life

– Fast Dual Band Wi-Fi

– Powered Intel Quad-Core Processor

– Dolby Optimised Sound

Inside the box, you get a charger with a USB cable, a booklet with simple instructions detailing everything you need to set up the tablet and little book of treats with offers up to £60. I have used an Android device before and it is honestly super easy to navigate round and isn’t at all hard to get to grips with all the apps and features. So far, I have used the £10 Blinkbox voucher to watch a couple of movies on the crystal clear screen and I’m actually about to look through the books selection and pick one out for my travels to Paris in a few weeks.

hudl 2 review

The design of the tablet is super sleek and slim, and with eight different colours to choose from, you can’t go wrong in picking your favourite. It’s small enough to fit straight in to your bag for everyday use and so lightweight, it won’t weigh you down at all. The only downside to the Hudl 2 is probably the camera quality. The back camera is 5MP and the front it 1.2MP which isn’t the best of numbers, but good enough for basic use. To be honest, the camera is not a biggie for me when it comes to tablets, I’d rather have better functions for things likes surfing the net, movies and music. Overall, I really enjoy using the Hudl 2 and for £129, it’s the perfect starter tablet for a newbie and would make a great Christmas gift.
