Best Of: Hair Oils

the best hair oils

My hair has always been on the drier side of things hence hair oils became a huge saviour and an essential in my haircare routine. Over the year, I have tried a fair few and today I’m sharing three of my favourite ones.

Starting off with the ultimate blogger favourite, the Moroccanoil Treatment, this oil is so moisturising yet so light on the hair, it makes my hair feel super soft and tangle free. It also creates a really nice sheen and smells incredible. Next up is the Liz Earle Botanical Shine Nourishing Hair Oil (*), another lightweight and luxurious treatment which leaves my hair looking and feeling so, so smooth. It protects against heat damage too and can be used on dry hair to tame split ends and flyaways. Lastly, the Bumble & Bumble Hairdresser’s Invisible Oil (*) has been a godsend for my hair, a little goes a long way with this one and the formula is super nourishing leaving my hair feather-soft and frizz-free.

I’d highly recommend giving them all a try if you get the chance, they are on the pricey side, but definitely worth every penny. Do you have a favourite hair oil/s?

I love the Moroccan Oil Treatment! It's amazing on my hair after I've dyed it and it's all dry and brittle. I haven't tried the others but will definitely look into them! xx

Thank you for your recs Julie! I'm about to run out of my NuMe Argan Oil and I will try out one of these that you recommended (either the Moroccan Oil Treatment or Bumble and Bumble Invisible Oil). Hair oils make my hair SO smooth and nice. Can't imagine my life without them now!

Moroccan Oil seems to be the creme of the crop from what I have read on so many blogs over the last three years. It would be nice to give it a try and see how it works for me. Happy New Year Julie ๐Ÿ™‚
