I Love Coconut Cream Super Soft Hand Lotion (*) – I am normally a coconut scent fan, but this hand lotion from I Love really didn’t do it for me. The scent is super sweet, to the point where it’s actually quite sickly. Apart from that, the texture is quite rich and was really moisturising on my hands, but I just can’t get over how sweet the scent is which is a shame.
Fudge Urban Colour Hair Chalk in Festival Pink and Pumped Up Purple (*) – I’m looking to dye my hair purple again for the summer and these hair chalks have been satisfying my needs so far for coloured hair. They’re easy to apply and last all day once sealed with a touch of hairspray. At £5.99 for one, it’s super affordable and I may even pick up the white one soon to turn the bright ones in to a more pastel shade.
ecoTools Skin Perfecting Brush (*) – I love ecoTools brushes and this one is no exception, it’s just as amazing as all the others that I’ve tried. Designed for use with BB/CC creams, the angled edge is ideal for areas such as around the nose and under the eyes. It also helps that the bristles are super soft as with all the other brushes from the range and is cruelty-free.
Pouty Lipzz Lip Serum (*) – I was actually really surprised with the result of this lip serum. I have tried plumping lip glosses before and none of them ever worked for me, so being a skeptical, I gave this try and actually loved it! There was a slight tingling sensation upon application, but it wasn’t uncomfortable at all. My lips appeared fuller and plumper pretty much instantly.
MAC Lipstick in Shy Girl – Described as a creamy, neutral beige with a cremesheen finish. This shade is actually a mix between a beige pink and beige peach, in certain lights, it looks more peach than anything, but you can see the slight pinkness that runs through it. The texture is soft and supple and it applies beautifully. It lasted a good fours hours on and definitely one of my faves to add to the collection.
