Mother’s Day Beauty Gift Guide

It’s that time of the year again where all the Mum’s out there have a day of relaxation and treats. I have put together a little beauty gift guide just in case you’re looking for some ideas on what to get.

Perfumes – If in doubt, perfume is always the answer. My top picks this year include Clarins Eau Ressourcante (*), a fresh and balanced scent encased in beautiful blue bottle. Liz Earle’s Botanical Essence No.100 (*) is probably the one my Mum would love the most, a fresh floral scent that’s uplifting and refreshing in a classic matte bottle. Next, some classic favourites, YSL’s Black Opium (*), which has opening notes of coffee, finished off with base notes of cedar and patchouli. Chloe Love Story (*) is the prettiest of them all in terms of packaging. The name of the perfume is inspired by a Parisian romance and the scent itself is very mysterious with a hint of floral. Lastly, Jimmy Choo (*) exerts a glamorous and confident aura complete with a seductive and alluring scent.

Haircare – If you’re thinking to introduce your Mother to a new hair brand this year, make it Ojon. Their lastest Rare Blend (*) range is perfect for treating and repairing the hair with moisturising oils which include African Shea, Mango Seed and Indian Kokum Butters. The range, designed to deeply nourish and restore will leave hair feeling soft, hydrated and glossy.

BodycareLe Couvent Des Minimes is a brand that I was introduced to last year and their range of bodycare products will definitely make all the Mummy’s out there very happy. The Morning Dew (*) range is heavily based around that fresh, crisp morning feel, with various citrus scents in the the products. So if you’re Mum is a morning person, then this is the perfect range for her.

Make UpSmashbox’s Be Legendary Lip Lacquer (*) range is absolutely beautiful. If your Mum is a make up lover, then these will definitely make her day. The new boundary pushing formula ensures maximum colour and longevity as well as major comfort all day long.

I hope you found this Mother’s Day beauty gift guide useful. Let me know if you’ve written a gift guide as I’d love more ideas on what to get my Mum.
