Holiday Skincare – What I Took

what skincare to take on holiday Today’s post (as you’ll know from title) is all about what skincare products I took on holiday with me. For me, taking everything I need is a must, but I also need to think about the weight of my luggage as I am a bit of spendaholic and would want to buy anything and everything and bring it all back. So having to downsize in my beauty products was painful, but I did it and only took the essentials.

Starting off with this Clarins Skincare Set (*), it has everything I need for beautiful, radiant skin whilst on holiday and comes packed in a cute little clear pouch for easy packing and transportation. I also packed an extra cleanser just in case I ran out in the last few days and opted for the DHC Face Wash Powder (*). It is more lightweight than liquid, transforms in to a silky lather when mixed with water and leaves my skin feeling super soft. I also took some extra face creams with me, one being the Indeed Labs Fillume Volumising Moisturiser (*) which is a combination of clinically proven ingredients designed to give your skin a bit of a volume boost. Sounds weird, I know, when you think of volume, you’re more likely to associate it with hair products, but this moisturiser aims to restore the look of facial contours and improves the tone and texture. Another plus point is that it’s packaged in a really light tub, again, very travel friendly. Lastly, I knew that my skin was going to be exposed to the sun a lot, so I took the Radical Skin Perfecting Screen SPF30 (*) with me. The lotion is lightweight and matte and contains a triple potency of Trylacel Technology to protect against UV damage. It also contains light diffusing pigments to reduce the appearance of fine lines and provides a more radiant complexion.

Will you be going on holiday soon? Let me know what you’re thinking to pack in your beauty bag.
