For all you lovely lot who are jetting off on holiday soon (I’m not jealous, I promise), let me just quickly run through some very important sun care products with you. To be honest, SPF shouldn’t only just be for when you go on holiday, but should become part of a normal beauty regime, at least in my opinion anyways.

A little while back, I was invited along to La Roche-Posay‘s sun care launch where they showcased some new additions to their famous Anthelios range as well as highlighting some of their existing products. Having been a LRP fan for while, especially the Effaclar collection, I never get bored of seeing what’s new from the brand as well as listening to the reps talk about sun care as it’s super important to keep your skin protected against harmful rays. I have previously tried the Anthelios XL SPF50+ Comfort Cream (*) before and knew it was absolutely fantastic at keeping at my skin protected. The Anthelios XL SPF50+ Tinted BB Comfort Cream (*) is new to me and I am yet to give it a full test, but on first swatch, it’s really lightweight and suited my current skin tone nicely. The Anthelios XL SPF50+ Comfort Nutritive Oil (*) is definitely the one for me. It’s real easy to apply, felt really light on my skin and sunk in without leaving any greasy residue behind. Now, all I need is some sun here in Blighty or I may book a cheeky week off somewhere super hot just so I can take this complete range with me!

Have you tried anything from the La Roche-Posay Anthelios range before?

the anthelios stuff is amazing, used it on holiday last year and it protected my skin incredibly well. i'd be interested in trying the BB cream, as i was using a separate spf under my usual make up when i was on holiday last year.

The bb cream would be perfect as a base instead of normal make up. xx

Love the sound of the Nutritive Oil. I'm going on holiday soon so must look at it. Love that it sinks in without leaving residue on the skin. Does it leave the skin feeling hydrated? Also, what does it smell like? x
