Hands up if you’ve suffered from damaged hair/split ends pretty much most of your adulthood, yep, that’s definitely me. I guess, mostly through my own doing, the constant dyeing, straightening, curling has all contributed to how my hair looks right now.
So what one must do to fix it? Well, use some products of course and I recently discovered the amazing effects of Phyto‘s Phytokeratine Extreme Exceptional Creme, a luxurious and heat-protective cream that nourishes and repairs damaged hair while also protecting and conditioning. This can be used in a few different ways, my favourite of all, as a leave-in-conditioner because it really penetrates and regenerates leaving my hair super silky and soft. It also works perfectly as a heat-protectant, before blow drying and/or the use of hair tongs and leaves an amazing scent behind too. I haven’t really fully used this as styling product, only on little flyaways that I get now and again and it does work well on those. For me, this has probably been one of the best hair products that I have tried this year and it’s such a big bottle that it will last absolutely ages. Totally recommending this to everyone if you’re looking for a luxurious, multi-purpose hair product that works wonders.
Have you tried anything from Phyto before?

This is a brand that I am considering looking into next year, I am really trying to look after my hair a bit better as I neglect it quite a lot. It sounds like a great product, especially if you colour treat your hair like I do.
You definitely need to try out this brand Amy, they're honestly, so, so good. xx

Definitely give this a go. xx
I still haven't tried any strong hair chemicals for my hair that's why it doesn't even get damage at all. Thanks for sharing this product. 🙂
Have a great day!
