Body Care Goodness With Dove DermaSpa

One beauty goal I’d like to fulfil this year is taking more time out for body care. I tend to neglect it a lot, focusing mostly on facial care and not thinking about how I should also be caring for the skin on my body. It has and always will be protecting me, so this year, I am promising myself that I will give it as much attention as possible.

The Dove DermaSpa range is the newest collection from the brand. If I was to be honest, Dove has always been my go-to for body products, mainly shower creams and body lotions, so when I got my hands on this range, I knew it was going to be great and I was not wrong at all. Consisting of four sub ranges, each one promises to provide expert moisturisation through the power of silicone elastomer technology, the result is silky smooth skin with a matt finish while replenishing moisture lost through showering/bathing.uk beauty blogs london

Intensive – This range only consists of one product and it is certainly one that is super important. The Intensive Hand Treatment instantly soothes and restores hands leaving them soft and smooth without the dreaded greasiness. It is clinically proven to moisturise dry skin for 24 hours and penetrates the deepest layer of skin where it is needed the most.

Summer Revived – My favourite range from the whole collection, Summer Revived is the first spa-like body lotion that contains gentle self-tanners. Available in two shades, fair/medium and medium/dark, the lotion is deeply caring without the fake tan smell and will give a healthy looking summer glow.

Uplifted+ – Enriched with cell moisturisers, this collection provides deep moisture and nourishment to restore natural elasticity to firm and tone the skin. With an uplifting scent of Water-Lilies, Cucumber and Sandalwood, this will make the perfect ‘at home spa’ experience for everyone.

Goodness3 – The first body care collection to combine Omega Oil with Dove‘s active formula to replenish the skin’s barrier and smooth the texture, leaving it full of moisture and velvety soft. This range is deliciously indulgent with creamy notes of Vanilla, Coconut and Musk for that added bit of luxury.

Have you tried anything from the Dove DermaSpa range?

I love the sound of the body oil and the gradual tanner has caught my eye but only because I'd like to know if it's any better than the Dove gradual tanner moisturiser thing which I hate with an absolute passion or whether it's the same product just repackaged! x

I haven't tried the gradual tanner before, so I can't comment or compare on that, but this one is honestly so lovely. xx
