Mindfulness is something that takes practice and although I’m not quite where I want to be with it at this present moment, I’m slowly getting there and trying my utmost best to carry on practicing every single day. We all get anxious or lose sight of what’s important to us at some point in our lives, some more so than others, but there are ways to overcome it and I will delve more in to the subject at a later date, but in today’s post, I wanted to share 10 of my favourite mindful quotes/sayings that I consistently use to re-centre my mind when things get a bit too much.
