Over the years, unicorns have literally taken the world by storm – I mean we all secretly love a colourful horse with a corn on her head right? And you can’t deny that you, quite often get drawn toward how cute, pretty and angelic she looks. Unicorns have definitely been marketed the s**t out of, that even Starbucks brought out a unicorn-esque frappuccino in the US last year which blew up on Instagram with lots of recreations being made. I stumbled across a few videos on YouTube on how to create it, but being a Brit, I much prefer a hot drink to a cold iced one, so I have a ‘Unicorn Hot Chocolate Recipe' for you today – it’s super easy to make, requires minimal effort and most importantly, it’s super yummy. Check below for the full details…..

You will need:
- Milk (whichever type you like)
- Large bar of white chocolate
- Whipped cream
- Pink food colouring
- Rainbow sprinkles
- Mini marshmallows
- Paper/plastic straws
- Mason jar mug or a latte mug

Step 1 (the mug design)
Melt 6 squares of white chocolate in a bowl on top of a saucepan until smooth. Dip the rim of the mug prepared (in my case, a mason jar) in to the bowl of the chocolate and add rainbow sprinkles. Allow all to set.
Step 2 (hot chocolate)
Pour the milk in to a saucepan and boil until simmering. Take the pan off heat, break chocolate in to 8 sqaures and add to the milk. Stir until fully melted, add pink a couple of drops of pink food colouring and continue to stir until absorbed.
Step 3 (final touches)
Pour hot chocolate in to the mason mug, add whipped cream, rainbow sprinkles and mini marshmallows on top. Pop a straw in and indulge at your heart’s content.
