Those Angelina Jolie lips – aren’t they just a dream? Whilst not all of us are blessed in that area, there are many ways we can achieve the fuller lips look with make up only. There’s also the option of surgical procedures such a lip fillers which I am not against at all – but sometimes, it can look way overboard which isn’t always to my taste, however each to their own and if it makes someone happy, then I am all for it.
When it comes to my own make up, I always prefer to go with a more natural face and a killer lip colour – be it a bold red lip or a muted nude, I love accentuating the areas I like the most. I don’t have full lips, but I also don’t have thin lips, so I try to create a an everyday lip that not only suits my day to day life, but is also easy to achieve with minimal effort.
Here’s my step-by-step on how to achieve a fuller lip using three hero products:

Step 1
Before putting anything on the face, prep the lips with a softening lip balm and let the moisture sink in.
Step 2
After completing face make up, gently pat away any excess lip balm with some tissue.

Step 3
Line lips using a lip liner that’s either identical or similar match to the lipstick. At this point, I do over draw my lips to create more fullness. I’m using the Bareminerals Marvellous Moxie Lip Liner in Pumped.
Step 4
Apply chosen lipstick on top and edge out to the sides ensuring whole lips are filled with colour. My current favourite is the Estee Lauder Pure Color Love Lipstick in Blaisé Buff.

Step 5
Using the Know Cosmetics ‘No Thin Lips’ Secret Lip Plumper, apply a thin layer over lipstick and allow to set.

Voila! There’s my five simple steps to achieve fuller lips and it’s honestly so easy to do. Let me know what you think.
