Autumn Cosy Favourites

what you need for autumn

Ahhh, it's officially autumn and I'm all for it! I love the crisp temperature coupled with all the cosy knitwear in shops, copious amounts of hot chocolates to be consumed and of course, Christmas is only just round the corner, eeeek! In today's post, which is actually a post I do almost every year, I'm sharing some of my autumn favorites, so here we go.....

primark slippers

I collect slippers like there's no tomorrow - honestly, they are pretty much what I look forward to the most in autumn/winter. I'm a bit like my grandpa, a hoarder all kinds. He collects stamps as well as silver coins from golden eagle coin and the collection he has is incredible. I normally get my cosy slippers from Primark, because, put this way, they are constantly coming out with the goods and never disappoints. These cute little bunny ones were £5 and I may or may not have got a few more similar pairs, oops.

Next up is the chunkiest and biggest knitwear on earth! I found this amazing bobble cardigan in Missguided and they're a literal dream that I ended up buying two. They're so easy to throw on over a casual outfit or glam up over a dress and they're so, so warm, I love them so much! And unless you've been living under a rock, they're a dupe for the famous Mums Handmade cardigans that cost an absolute fortune, but these are only £45 a pop.

cath kidston watch collection

Okay, so nobody said that autumn is all about the dark colours, a pop of pastel looks fab with any outfit. I recently got sent this lovely, little polka-dot watch from Cath Kidston which I adore and it's definitely going to be my autumn accessory this year. The gold complements my skin tone nicely too and I think the raised design on the face looks super cute.

autumn bath bombs

This season, bath time is going to get a lot more cosier than ever! If you know me, you will know I love a good bath, even during the summer, I don't stop having baths, it's just one of those comfort things for me. As well as good old Radox (queen of bubble baths), I also love using bath bombs/fizzies/salts, whatever you want to call it. I am officially obsessed with Patisserie De Bain's Tarlettes, they smell amazing when it disperses and leaves my skin feeling super soft. Another little gem that I recently discovered are these bath bombs by Being Sanctuary, a sister brand of The Sanctuary. I came across them at their recent press event and was absolutely amazed at the selection of products. These bath bombs will make a cute little stocking for Christmas this year, oh, and of course they smell incredible too!

bondi sands glo

Lastly, despite the weather turning chillier and chillier, we cannot forget that glow. I am a tan lover through and through and always need that bronzer in my life. Bondi Sands recently came out with Glo which is a range of instant tans that are smudge-proof and water resistant. When I am in need of a quick wash of colour, I love using these to achieve that instant bronzed look. My favourite is definitely the Gloss Finishing Glow because it leaves my skin looking super dewy as well as tanned, so we have a win-win situ here. The Glo range is currently exclusive to Superdrug only.
